What we can expect.?

* Chennai continue to see overcast conditions with hot and humid weather due to the dry outer band high clouds of the Tropical System AMPHAN in Bay. The direct rain from cyclone is now not possible (as the system had moved further North).

* However, we have chance for rain today due to the thunderstorms expected to form in interiors (wind convergence due to cyclone effect) and push towards the coast (pull effect from the cyclone). Let's monitor for any rain for Chennai chances in coming hours.

* From tomorrow, above 40*C temperature expected to record in Chennai till this weekend, due to the dry hot winds expected to blow over Chennai from interiors (pull effect from the cyclone).

* Similar to yesterday, we can expect the convergence to form later this afternoon starting from Bangalore / Coimbatore. Expecting the same path as yesterday along with Delta Regions of TN (Bangalore-Hosur-Salem-Erode-Namakkal-Ariyalur-Trichy-Madurai-Karaikudi-Thanjavur-Pudukottai-Velankanni). This will be conformed later this evening, after the convergence position gets freezed.

* Kerala continue to rock for next 2 days with the pull effect rains and help of Western ghats guarding / blocking those moisture.

* AP : If Chennai get some thunderstorms, then sure South AP will. North Andhra Coastal areas has high chances of rain this evening, especially vijayawada and it's suburbs.

* Karnataka : For the past 5 days, it has received rains from the pull effect, will see gradual decrease in rains. Gradual increase in the day temperature can be seen (max 30-35°C depending upon the altitude of the specific location from the sea level).
